Uganda records 2 new COVID-19 deaths.

Uganda has recorded two new COVID-19 deaths from Mbarara and Masaka districts bringing the total COVID-19 deaths to 117.

The Ministry of Health has also confirmed 252 new COVID-19 cases from samples tested on 3rd November 2020.

 According to a statement, the breakdown of the new cases are: 245 contacts and alerts: Kampala (92), Wakiso (22), Masaka (16), Arua (14), Busia (9), Gulu (11), Luwero (9), Hoima (8), Adjumani (9), Pakwach (9), Kasese (8), Terego (5), Koboko (4), Kabale (3), Tororo (3), Kisoro (3), Bunyangabo (3), Moyo (3), Yumbe (3), Amuru (1) Kyotera (1), Masindi (1), Nwoya (1), Mbale (2), Rubanda (1), Soroti (1), Namisindwa (1), Kibuku (1) Pallisa (1) and 7 returnees through Elegu Point of Entry

The cumulative confirmed COVID-19 cases in Uganda are now 13,351 and recoveries are still 7,623.
