Uganda records 5 new COVID-19 deaths.
Uganda has recorded Five (5) new COVID-19 deaths bringing the total COVID-19 deaths to 69.
The Ministry of Health confirms that the deaths are from the districts of Kapchorwa (2), Kampala (1), Mbale (1) and Gulu (1).
The Health Ministry has also confirmed 167 new COVID cases from samples tested on 22nd September 2020.
The cumulative confirmed COVID cases in Uganda are now 6,879 and recoveries are 2,961.
