The Director of the Medical Research Council Unit in Gambia Prof Umberto Dalessandro and the Director of Manhica Health Research Centre in Mozambique Dr Eusebio Macete have visited the Uganda Virus Research Institute.
The UVRI Director Prof Pontiano Kaleebu led the officials on a tour of several labs and briefed them on the current research on malaria and viral diseases.
